American Made Cars & Foreign Cars Side by Side
Which is Better: American or Foreign Cars?
American made cars vs foreign cars. This is a fair debate, but it will only be decided by the drivers. We have all been told for years that there are “cheaper fuel” and that Americans are getting better mileage, but why should this make us buy more expensive cars?
How The Make You Choose Will Impact Your Gas Consumption
There are many different ways to buy gasoline, but the fact remains that we are the greatest consumer of oil in the world. This is the same for foreign cars and U.S. made cars.
Today, all the major economies have significant tax incentives for buying gas and there has been a significant increase in gas prices. Many are blaming the government, but there has been a trend towards increasing taxes for the past several years and this is a factor in higher prices.
So what do you think, should Americans raise their prices to help lower gas prices? For many people, the idea seems completely ludicrous. However, many people don’t realize that gasoline prices are not set at the government’s whim and even if they were, an increase would still benefit consumers.
If you believe American made cars are better than foreign cars, then you are in the minority. The fact remains that the American car is often better on the road. Consider what those foreign cars are like, they have poor quality construction, are built poorly, have worn out and rusted parts, have a poor interior, often speaking.
Whether you are buying a new or used car, this is the case in every other industry that we know of. We have known for some time that there is a difference in fuel efficiency, but it is best for all of us to be on the same page.
